Story in the Cut is built on more than two decades of David Gallagher’s professional broadcast and post-production work across CBC, CTV, Citytv, BNN and Corus Entertainment, with programming delivered across Canadian, U.S. and European markets.

That experience later became the foundation for a three-semester digital editing curriculum David developed and taught at Humber College within the Broadcast Television/Videography Ontario College Diploma program.

Story in the Cut brings those worlds together — professional editing tools, real-world storytelling and the editorial judgment behind the cut — in training built for editors, teams and education partners.
